According to the project phase, the following services are offered:

PHASE A: PROJECT QUOTATION

  • Detailed study of the project requirements / specifications. 
  • Contact with the parking system vendor for technical issues and prices.
  • Preparation of the Technical Description and Quotation documents.  Also any other relevant document as required by the tender terms.

PHASE Β': PARKING SYSTEM INSTALLATION

  • Using CAD software, all necessary installation technical drawings are prepared.  These usually include:

  1. Lane parking devices & sensors position plan drawing.
  2. Central cashier office equipment position plan and electrical drawing.  
  3. Counting & guidance equipment plan drawing.
  4. Cable types principal electrical drawing.
  5. Parking machine and other equipment interconnection drawings.

Inspection at the Factory 
  • If required, a visit at the factory is organised: It's for training and inspection of certain special project requirements.







Lab simulation tests
  • Upon goods receival, an inspection to verify the order quantities and their status is performed. 
  • In some cases, lab simulation tests are organised.







  • During installation, supervision of equipment mounting and interconnection. 
  • Next, operation tests and setup of system parameters and parking fee rates.

PHASE C: END USER TRAINING - SUPPORT
  • Preparation for the end-user of all equipment user manuals translated in Greek.

  • Training sessions, in regards to operation, management and basic preventive maintenance procedures.


Maintenance manual

  • After project startup, technical support during warranty period:  Both On site and also remote troubleshooting, parameter setting, installation of any software patches.

PHASE D': MAINTENANCE - ON GOING TECHNICAL SUPPORT
  • Preparation of the maintenance contract based on factory documents.

  • On going contact with factory customer support dept. to optimise project support.

  • Creation of spare parts stock that is specific for the project.
